Today at the shop
Engine is normal 2568cc RB26DETT, but we today added HKS Vcam, HKS Fcon V Pro, HKS and upped injector cc. Responce when the vcam is switched on, is compleatly different. Without vcam in 5th @ 4,000rpm the RB26DETT feels like it struggles alot. Flip the Vcam on, and very different, like add a few extra CCs of displacement that you didnt have before :)
最近Vカムがきてます!今日はR32へのインストールです!ノーマルRB26エンジンですが、さすがHKS Vカム、高いだけあります。まったく違ったエンジンに豹変させます・・・
4000回転くらいでのもたつきが飛んで行きまして、びゅうんびゅうん吹けます!!

back :)
ちょっと更新滞ってしまいました。
HKS Vカムインストール、新しいパーツのデザイン、オートメッセのことやらで忙殺されておりました。
それと、エンドレスの(社長の?)ちょっぴり昔が分かる写真がわんさか出てきたので、チェックして、笑って、感心して、笑ってと・・・こっちに時間をとられていたのは秘密。

Endless second tuning shop, Opened in 1993, and to celebrate we had one of HKS Original Zero-R cars in the shop, and Trust drag R32. (HKS and Trust....great competitors.....if one does something for us, the other demands we have their goods/demo car too...haha)1993年にオープンしたエンドレス西店のオープン時の写真です。

Our prototype design manifold, this was compleated back in 1992, Turbo is an IHI but back then tuning was still in its infancy, we didnt have the hugh choice of giant turbos / wastegates we have now, this kit was for around 700hp and only need 2 tiny wastegates!

One of the main reasons this has come about, which is somewhat of a famous tax is how many Veilside body parts were copied.
Although this can be classed as "famous tax" its also something that hurts the Japanese tuning industry. With that in mind, Veilside knows Lambourghini / Ferrari owners will not put casio watch straps on a rolex, same goes for their cars and its a good way for Veilside to safe guard the future.

Most interesting for us is to see how well the Supra will do with this transmission on the circuit.....Endless Norway...Over to you :)
HKSが新たにスープラ用にシーケンシャルミッションを開発しました!チューニングが下火といわれる昨今ですが、意欲的ですねー♪もとより丈夫なほうのノーマルミッションですが、やっぱりシーケンシャルのシフトスピードにはかないませんね・・・・
今までGTR用を加工してつけていたスープラ乗りの皆様、チャンスですよ!!

Getting the piping in!
先日お話した、ノーマルRB26にもどしたエンドレスR32ですが、インタークーラーはいまだ4層のままなのでインテイクのパイプを太くしました。
このちょっとの差を埋める子仕事がこれです。
Twin turbo pipe is modified, to help with turbo shuffle and responce. Too slow responce on the car and the hoosier tires will provide too much grip for the horse power....so we also put adjustable cam pullies on the normal cams, to allow us to adjust the normal cam timing :)
ツインターボパイプにもちょこっとお仕事♪hoosierの強大なグリップによるロスを少しでも減らすために?(ちょっとだけ、気持だけ・・・)

Nismo R35 GTR race car
R32 DRAG CAR engine update!
Question which has never really been answered, is how fast can a normal RB26 go over the 0-400m in a well prepped chassi. Well were going to find out....time now is 6:30pm, and in 2hr 30min the new engine is in!
Spec of the new engine for data logging is,
午後四時、ピットは戦場だ!社長を先頭にHKSハイデッキエンジンからノーマルRB26エンジンに乗せ換えです。
それというのも、どんだけRB26が持ってるポテンシャルを、ブーストアップのみで引き出すことができるか。に重点を置いたセッティングにするからなのです!!
スペックは以下参照。
- Normal RB26 engine from R34 GTR
- HKS Hideck crank damper pully kit
- Endless Steering belt
- 1.1bar boost
- Endless ROM tune
- Holinger sequential transmission
- HKS drag suspension
- Hoosier tire
And dont for a second think this is the final engine for the R32, we have something bigger and better which will be revealed to all next year...:) now I have already said too much....so here are a few photos!

End of HKS Hideck Engine...on with something new:)
HKS oil pump has failed.....this is the end of the R32 GTR engine, HKS nolonger make parts, so crank is finished, as is conrod.....but have spares if anyone wants :)
This is the main bearing......
This is space plate and cylinder liners, water jackets are filled with cement, for block strength.

Last race of the year!
This is from the cars fitst ever outing, many people racing, some good rubber was layed down, and on a non prepped track, we got a 60ft of 1.471...then the belt broke..
男前な走りをしたのはいいのですが。。。。これは引きちぎれて交換したベルトです。
この日は練習日だったので、エンドレスのR32をふくめ2台しか来ていませんでした!路面温度も低かったため、最初は様子見の1,7barで。
動画をupする予定ですので見ていただけるかと思うのですが、2速でかなり振られ壁に吸い込まれていきます!3速、4速・・とシフトアップしていってもハンドルが定まらない!あぶないですねー・・・・
Then when back in the pits, we made some adjustments to 4wd controller, and upped the boost to 2.0kgm. 4wd controller allowed us to post a 1.501 60ft time, which is respectable considering the conditions on the day, then buddy club suspension also caused us issues in this run, almost sending Sugino san into barrier. He said he slightly let off straightened her up, and powered through with a 9.437 @ 243kmh.....which he was happy with considering the run.
ちょっとセッティングをちょめちょめして、暴れるr32をなだめてなんとか9,437までもっていきました。
さぁ次は!といういいところで・・・
The we tried 2.3bar boost, it was around 1 hour between the last run, we just couldnt keep traction, and Sugino san let off and rolled through the line with a 9.9sec time....
And then a nice sunset, and roll on 2009.....where we have some new parts, and new equipment to test :)
